For cancellations, customers must contact us as soon as possible. If the shipment has not been sent for delivery a full refund will be issued. Please note that credit card transactions take typically 3 to 5 business days to show on your account.

Claims for any damage must be emailed to info.eskainc@gmail.com within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise.

Intent on return must be made by email no later than 15 days after receipt of merchandise. My Story will consider the date of receipt provided by the bill of lading of the shipping company.
